How do you like being married? Does it feel any different than before?

Love it! Not really, other than the wedding planning stress is behind us 🙂 Now everyone is asking about babies (not in our near future 😉 )

Was there anything that you would have done differently on your wedding day or did it go exactly as planned?

Yes lol, but nothing major. We forgot a few funny details- built a horseshoe pit but forgot to put out the shoes the day of, had buckets for date night ideas/marriage advice but forgot to put out pens :), it was difficult to set things up knowing it was going to rain.

Did anything crazy or funny happen that we may not know about?

Nothing major that I know of lol……
We had our friend that married us wear a go-pro to capture the ceremony, but the battery was dead 🙁
One of our friends called us after to ask if we found his clothes….apparently he lost his entire outfit 😉
One of our flower girls grabbed the microphone and covered it in chocolate frosting…..not a happy DJ but it comes with the territory 🙂

Did you have a favorite vendor and/or favorite detail from the day?

The photo booth was a big hit. We got copies of all the photo strips and there are some good ones 🙂

What were your favorite images from your day? Was there any special meaning behind any of them?

Jordan’s dad helping him get ready- he’s such an amazing man and so very proud of Jordan 🙂
My mom getting me into my dress- prepping me to send me off 🙂
Jordan and I hugged after we greeted all our ceremony guests and it was just a big strong “we did it!” “I love you” “Now let’s go party” moment and I’ll never forget the feeling 🙂

Do you have any advice for brides that are currently planning their weddings?

Breathe 🙂
Don’t invite everyone you know lol, think of how many thank you’s that is 😉
Enjoy the night. Yes, everyone is there for you and your groom so you feel like you need to talk to them all. However, that’s not realistic and you’ll wish you enjoyed your own party more…trust me!
Make it what you both want. It’s hard not to do things for your family and such, but this one day is all about you joining with the person you love most in the world, and starting your journey as Mr. and Mrs. 🙂

Last one… Where did you spend your honeymoon? Tell us about it!

Fiji!!!!
Qamea specifically. It is a VERY small island on the north east side of all the islands. Our resort had 17 buras and it was very quiet! Not even planes fly over!! Beautiful water to snorkel and scuba in. I went scuba diving for my first time, it went better than I thought 😉 Jordan is certified in SCUBA so he enjoyed being back in the water. It really is paradise 🙂 The people are so truly genuine also!
