Rockford Wedding Photographer // Jay & Mieka!!

Jay & Mieka’s wedding was nothing short of spectacular!  I have been so excited for their wedding for months now!  They became engaged on a Disney cruise and she called me on their way home……from then on I knew we’d be a match 🙂  With an amazing team of vendors…..their wedding was perfect!

Mieka’s Allure gown was so pretty!

There is a good chance that I was obsessed with her Jimmy Choos!  She’s lucky they weren’t my size 🙂

Their colored socks were so much fun!  Some of the groomsmen said they are going to wear them to the gym….I think they were being sarcastic…

The gorgeous bridesmaids all found their pretty grey dresses at Renee Austin in Grand Rapids

The ceremony was held deep into the golf course, along side the Rogue River….so pretty!  The quiet noise of the river was so peaceful in the background.

We snuck away for a few moments right after they said “I Do” for a few minutes of alone time 🙂

This bridal party was lots of fun!  Up for pretty much anything!

Modern Day Floral did an amazing job with styling the event as usual.  Gorgeous!

So many pretty details that I could hardly narrow them down for this post!

The head table was so pretty…I love how they kept the grey wood table top exposed….perfect!

After dinner and the formal dances, we went outside to send off some Chinese wish lanterns!  Such a fun idea!

Fun wedding guests make my job so much more interesting!  I think there should be a wedding service where you can hire “fun weddings guests” if you think your crowd may need some inspiration…lol

Jay & Mieka – Congratulations on your amazing job and even more amazing marriage to come!  I was so happy to be a part of it and enjoyed getting to know you through the whole process!  Can’t wait for baby photos in the future!!  lol
