Michelle, from Red Heels Events, contacted me last spring about being involved in a fall inspiration shoot that she dreamed up.  Immediately, I told her Yes!  I was so excited to be able to photograph some of the most gorgeous decor I have ever seen, but I really had no idea….it was so much more beautiful than I could have imagined!  Several months, and so much work later…here we are!  I hope you love this as much as we do!

The beautiful dress and tux were from Caela Scott Bridal in Holland.  We really wanted something with lace and this ended up being perfect!

Skeeter from Eastern Floral did an ah-ma-zing job on the flowers!  This bouquet was the most gorgeous flower arrangement I have ever seen.  Every way it turned, it looked like a new bouquet.  Seriously talented!

Helena did a fabulous job on our bride’s hair!  I have worked with her several times in the past and have loved every minute of it!  Not only is she a talented hair stylist, but a super sweet and kind person as well!

Jewelry!  Ah…the jewelry!  We had so much fun picking out the jewels.  Michelle and I knew we wanted some sort of a statement necklace, but weren’t really sure what.  We ended up borrowing a bunch of jewelry from Livvy Zimmerman who is a sales consultant for Stella and Dot.  We hoped that she would forget to ask for the bag of goodies back so we could keep them, but she didn’t :(

Sarah and Brandon were our “bride and groom” for the day.  They were a past 2010 couple of mine…but also are my sister-in-law and brother-in-law.  Some of the sweetest people I know (and best looking too!)

Helena ended up doing two different hairstyles for the shoot…one up and one down.  I love this one with the fishtail braid!

 More amazing work by Skeeter!

Both the ceremony and the reception were at Michelle’s grandparent’s property.  It was so pretty….everyone was a little jealous and wanted to live there!

The paper products were so much fun!  Little pops of color and some more lace.  Just what we like!  All created by Paper & Ink Designs.

Many of the items are DIY….a little mismatched, but still perfectly fit together!

More DIY.  Most of the goodies were homemade!  And the pumpkin pies were delicious.  I may have eaten a few….hey….they were small!

Who needs an actual cake when pumpkin spice donuts are available!?!
